1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of the joy111 platform, including the website, mobile app, and all related services. By accessing any part of the joy111 platform, you agree to be fully bound by these Terms.

If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you are not permitted to access or use joy111's services. Continued use of the platform following any amendments to these Terms constitutes acceptance of those amendments.

These Terms are to be read together with Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy ours, both of which form part of this agreement.

2 User Eligibility

To register and use the joy111 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. joy111 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials. Please notify us immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party.

4 Deposit & Withdrawal

Joy111 supports a variety of popular payment methods in Malaysia for your transaction convenience. All amounts are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

4.1 Deposit

The minimum deposit is as stated on the Deposit ours. All deposits will be credited to your account instantly upon payment confirmation. joy111 does not charge any processing fees for deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges.

4.2 Withdrawal

Withdrawals can be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, subject to the minimum and maximum limits in place. All withdrawal requests are processed within 15 to 60 minutes on business days. joy111 reserves the right to request additional verification before approving any withdrawal deemed unusual.

4.3 Responsible Gaming Funds

Only deposit funds you can afford to lose. Never use loans, borrowed money, or funds you cannot afford to lose for gambling purposes.

5 Bonus & Promotions

All bonuses and promotions offered by joy111 are subject to wagering requirements specified for each offer. These requirements must be fully met before any bonus-related winnings can be withdrawn.

• The welcome bonus can only be claimed once per new user.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred to other users.
• Joy111 reserves the right to void bonuses if any misuse or fraud is detected.

6 Game Rules

All games on the joy111 platform use an independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) to ensure fairness and randomness in every game outcome. joy111 does not interfere with the game mechanics provided by licensed third-party suppliers.

In the event of any dispute regarding game outcomes, joy111's system records are final and binding. Wins resulting from technical errors or system malfunctions are void and will not be paid out.

6.2 Technical Disruptions

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the joy111 platform and may result in immediate account suspension or termination:

• Registering more than one account.

8 Account Suspension & Termination

Joy111 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user's account for the following reasons:

• Violation of any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or the KYC process.
• Engaging in fraudulent activity or system manipulation.
• Instructions from relevant authorities or regulatory bodies.

If your account is terminated due to a breach of these Terms, any bonus balances or wins associated with the misconduct may be forfeited. For terminations at the user's own request, real money balances (excluding bonuses) will be processed for withdrawal upon completion of review.

9 Liability Limit

To the extent permitted by law, joy111 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of the platform, including but not limited to financial losses resulting from gambling decisions, service disruptions, or unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence.
